Project Overview
Wolverine Building Group was selected to construct a new state-of-the-art facility for Advance Packaging, a manufacturer of corrugated containers.
The project involved the construction of a 400,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building with a standing seam roof and insulated metal wall panel system. It also involved the construction of a two-story, 21,000 square foot office space as well as 15,800 square feet of finished support space inside the plant. The area consists of plant offices, restrooms, a training room, a break room, a quality control lab, scheduling department, and control rooms. Our team built 26 loading docks complete with hydraulic dock levelers and truck restraints designed to handle both inbound and outbound freight.
As the selected construction company for the new manufacturing facility, Wolverine was able to work with our client to provide solutions to increase production and streamline distribution.
