The latest project
at Fifth Third Ballpark included the addition of
outdoor seating for each of the 24
suites
in the
ballpark as well as a newly constructed, two-story
pavilion overlooking center-right field. The pavilion
is made up of the Pepsi Stadium Club, a climate-controlled
indoor party area, and the Miller Lite House Deck,
a partially covered deck area
with seating to accommodate more than 300 people. |

This new, state-of-the
art health and fitness center has a glass and masonry
exterior and a large, barrel-vault curved roof over
a 40-foot
high glass wall. It is a hybrid building with conventional
steel, pre-cast concrete and pre-engineered building
systems. With nearly 100,000 square feet of space,
it offers a variety of fitness activities from aerobics
and weightlifting to basketball and swimming.

The former Peninsular
Club was expanded and updated to create MVP Metro.
The facility includes state-of-the-art cardiovascular
and strength
training
equipment, racquetball
and
squash courts, a basketball court, a group exercise
studio for various classes, a four-lane indoor pool, and modernized locker rooms.

Design and construction of a 25,000 square foot building shell. The project was an addition to the existing Belknap Arena including a new ice rink and construction of locker rooms to be used as the Grand Rapids Griffins practice facilities. |
| Fifth Third Ballpark - $1.2 M |

Design and construction of a 25,000 square foot addition to the ballpark. We also constructed the original $4.0 Million ballpark and have done several renovation projects including the outfield building, deck and storage buildings. |

Design/Build approach to renovations of the raceway. The project included the addition of restrooms, an observation/group deck, offices, ticket booths and miscellaneous repairs. |

| Saint Mary's Southwest - $16.0 M |

Construction of a
2-story healthcare facility with a variety of services
including, an ambulatory surgery center, an urgent
care center, diagnostic center, and primary/specialty
physician offices. The building was designed
to meet the requirements for Silver LEED certification
from the US Green Building Council. |
| Metro Health Village Medical Office Building - $2.2 M |

Construction of a
33,500 square foot, 2-story medical building as part
of Metro Health Village. The building was designed
to meet the requirements for LEED certification from
the US Green Building Council. The main tenant of
the building is Michigan Obstetrics & Gynecology. |
| Calvin College Vincent and Helen Bunker Interpretive Center - $600,000 |

Working with Calvin
College's Architect, Wolverine CM provided design
and construction services for the 5,270 square foot
educational interpretive center. This project is
an environmentally-friendly building that encompasses
multiple sustainable techniques, produces more than
60% of its own operating power and achieved a Gold
LEED rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
This project also received a 2005 ABC Award of Excellence. |

| John Ball Zoo - Primate Exhibit - $3.8 M |

Design/Build approach to the exhibit constructed on a small site with extreme elevations. The project includes a natural appearing outdoor containment area with water features, a heated sand pit, rocks and mud banks. For the winter months, there is a multi-level day room area. This project was awarded a 2003 ABC Award of Excellence. |
| John Ball Zoo - Living Shores Aquarium- $5.3 M |

and steel framing, the Aquarium exhibit at John
Ball Zoo is made up of a variety of spaces including
a
lobby, restrooms, diver locker
rooms,
filtration
area, holding areas,
and wave tank.
The building also features several exhibits including a Michigan stream, penguin
tank, octopus tank, Pampas Cat exhibit,
Kelp
Forest
Tank, Patagonia stream and fish tank, Northwestern
Coastal Exhibit and tide pool, and more. |
| Calvin College Pedestrian Overpass - $3.5 M |

Construction of a new pedestrian bridge
that spans the East Beltline and connects the
East and West campus. The bridge offers safe
passage for students and serves as the main
route for the East Campus Utilities Center. It
was also awarded a 2002 ABC Award of Excellence. |
| GVSU Alumni House - $2.5 M |

Construction of a new,
13,000 square foot alumni house and visitors center
located
near
the entrance to Grand Valley State University's main
campus in Allendale. The alumni house features
overnight accomodations, offices, meeting rooms and
a banquet hall with 150 persons seating capacity. |
