	Construction of a 14,000 square foot addition off the back of an existing industrial facility, addition doubled work space for more room for equipment to enhance our mailing and marketing services.

Williams Distributing - $772,000
	Construction of a 17,000 square foot addition to an industrial building using a Design/Build approach. The project consists of 14,800 square feet of warehouse space and 2,200 square feet of office space. The building has 3 bridge cranes and water reclaim system.

Page Hardware - $267,000
	A 7,072 square foot warehouse facility with 500 square feet of office build-out constructed of pre-engineered steel. The building has metal wall panels, a standing seam metal roof and a single loading dock.

Manufacturing 20-50,000 SF

Pioneer Die Sets - $1.1 M
	Construction of new, 4-story multi-use building that includes 38,000 square feet of space with retail on the lower level and apartment units on the upper floors.

Trendway Corporation - $1.1 M
	Design and construction of a 40,000 square foot addition consisting of 2,000 s. f. of office space and 38,000 s. f. of manufacturing space for the purpose of a new division called "InterTrend." The conventional steel construction of the addition included a membrane roof, block walls and insulated metal panel system.

Elenbaas - $1.25 M
	Construction of a 31,000 square foot building using a Design/Build approach. The project consisted of 3,000 s. f. of office space and 28,000 s. f. of manufacturing space.

Lacks Paint West - $1.14 M
	Construction of a 30,000 square foot conventional steel addition of manufacturing and office space.

Donnelly Les - $864,000
	Construction of an addition to the existing building that consists of 24,000 square feet.

Manufacturing 50,000 + SF

SYSCO Freezer– $7.6 M
	67,400 square foot cooler/freezer expansion for Sysco Food Services. The existing 207,000 square foot building will be expanded by using a conventional steel structure, insulated metal panels, an ethylene-glycol sub-surface heat system at the freezer, and an extra thickness of insulation in the roof of the entire addition.
McCarthy Group– $1.9 M
	A 70,000 square feet pre-engineered building which includes 5,500 square feet of office, warehouse, and manufacturing space for the production of automotive, health care, furniture and sporting goods products. This project was fast-tracked and completed in 90 days.
Advance Packaging– $11.0 M
	Construction of a large corrugated paper manufacturing plant with more than 400,000 square feet. One special feature was the use of imbedded steel rail in the floor to assist in automatic movement of the finished product throughout different areas of the plant.

Masterpiece Flower Company – $2.0 M
	Design/Build construction of a 60,000 s. f. manufacturing facility. One-half of the building contains a cooler for cut flowers and the other half of the building is a cross docking facility. There is also 5,000 s. f. of attached office space.
Harbor Industries - $4.0 M
	Construction of a 100,000 square foot building using a Design/Build approach. The building consists of warehouse, assembly and shipping areas.

Five Star Brands - $5.75 M
	Design and construction of a 230,000 square foot food energy bar manufacturing facility that meets all FDA requirements. The building includes an R&D area, batch rooms, mixing rooms, steam clean rooms, cooking room and production area.

Gem Industries - $1.84 M
	Construction of a new 86,000 square foot building. The building consists of 40,000 square feet of warehouse space, 40,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 6,000 square feet of office space.

Smiths Industries - $12.0 M
	Remodeling and addition construction using a Design/Build approach. The project consisted of 184,000 square feet of commercial office space and 140,000 of manufacturing space.

Johnson Controls Maplewood Plant - $14.2 M
	A 340,000 square foot complex manufacturing facility. The building includes a molding facility, a 2-story executive office, painting operation, an assembly/ distribution area and 39 truck docks. It was constructed of free standing conventional steel with a masonry, brick, glass and insulated panel exterior.

Warehouses/Distribution

Aero Tech X - $2.0 M
	Design/Build of a new building consisting of 146,250 square feet of multi-tenant warehouse space. Each tenant has their own office space, docks and utility feeds.

West Michigan Floral - $1.05 M
	Construction of a 50,400 square foot facility consisting of an 11,000 square foot area of controlled temperature production, 9500 square foot flower cooler, 6150 square feet of office areas and a 24,750 square foot warehouse area. The building was constructed using a pre-engineered steel system with a standing seam metal roof, metal wall panels and decorative block.

West Side Beer - $5.53 M
	Construction of an Anheuser-Busch Distribution facility for Kent County. The project included 425,000 square feet of warehouse space, 8,000 square feet of office space and a 26,000 square foot reclaim, maintenance and wash building.

Lacks Distribution - $4.0 M
	Construction of a new 80,000 square foot plant with an 8,000 square foot, 2-story office area. The building was constructed with conventional steel, a membrane roof and recast concrete wall panels. The office area has a brick exterior.
