The building was designed to meet the requirements for LEED certification

A portion of the
existing wall was removed and an expansion constructed
to provide additional space for a new MRI room and
department. A temporary MRI facility, meeting all
necessary healthcare codes, was set up throughout
the construction duration. |
| Vein Solutions, a division of Michigan Medical, P.C.- $350,000 |

Vein Solutions specializes
in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of blood
vessel disease and injury. Their suite consists of
more than 3,500 square feet including a waiting area,
ultra sound room, two procedure rooms, five patient
exam rooms, office space and other support areas. |

Suite build-out and
interior construction for a 4,175 square foot medical
office. The dental office was recently awarded the
Dental Office of the Year award by Matsco Companies. |

Spectrum Health Radiology located in the Champion
Health and Fitness Building in Rockford. The suite
consisted of 4,200 square feet of space to offer
patients general diagnostics, mammograms, ultrasounds,
bone densitometry, and general exam services. |

new facility to house critical IT and computer
systems necessary to maintain Spectrum Health’s daily
operations. The project includes more than 16,000
square feet of space with extensive environmental
controls,
elaborate
fire protection, and a sophisticated security system.

| Spectrum Health North Parking Ramp - $7.34 M |

Four levels of parking
were added to the top of an existing parking
ramp, also built by Wolverine.
The addition, constructed of poured-in-place and
post-tensioned concrete beams added 692 vehicle spaces
to the parking ramp. It was completed ahead of schedule
and under budget. |

A 3,300 square foot
eatery was built on the Spectrum Health Butterworth
Campus adjacent to the Fred and Lena Meijer Heart
Center. It featured a warming kitchen to serve a
variety of sandwichs, paninis, salads, gourmet
coffees, and other beverages. |
| MSU Matilda R. Wilson Pegasus Critical Care Center $3.27 M |

Construction of a
9,000 square foot, state-of-the-art medical facility
for MSU's veterinary school. Used to
provide intensive care for critically ill large animals
with infectious diseases. The new facility includes
10 isolation stalls, on-site
clinical pathology laboratories, modern manure disposal
facilities, and a conference room with video equipment. |

The Construction
of a five story, 28,500 square foot facility that
provides low cost hotel accommodations for patient's
families and bone marrow patients. The project included
a kids room, lounge areas and kitchen facilities
in addition to the overnight accommodations. |
