Construction of a new, 97,000 square
foot high school with classrooms, laboratories, and athletic facilities,
including a 15,000 square gymnasium. The project also included
extensive sitework with new baseball and softball fields, a practice
soccer field, and parking. |

Once the new high school was completed,
the former high school was converted into a new primary school.
The renovations completed include a new floorplan and layout, increased
classroom sizes, the addition of two playgrounds, and repaved parking
lots. |

Renovations and additions to the
existing high school, middle school and elementary school including
classrooms, the library and the athletic complex. |

Two projects were completed for Newaygo ISD. The first was an addition including a new activity center for physically challenged children, as well as an addition to the New Way Center. The next project consisted of a complete mechanical and electrical renovation to the Technical Learning Center. |

Higher Education
| Michigan State University Marshall Adams Hall- $5.2 M |

Complete historic restoration of
Marshall Adams Hall, restoring it back to its original 1903 condition.
The project included new mechanical and electrical systems, 1000
feet of new chiller line, an elevator, and a data communication
bank. The masonry exterior was also restored. |
| Calvin College Vincent and Helen Bunker Interpretive Center - $600,000 |

Working with Calvin College's Architect,
Wolverine CM provided design and construction services for the
5,270 square foot educational interpretive center. This project
is an environmentally-friendly building that encompasses multiple
sustainable techniques, produces more than 60% of its own operating
power and achieved a Gold LEED rating from the
U.S. Green Building Council. |
| Grand Valley State University Kirkhof Center - $6.2 M |

A 41,000 square foot addition to
the student center and renovations to the existing building. The
project included two translucent panel, a new lobby with a coffee
shop, a convenience store, kitchen facilities and eating area,
office space and meeting rooms for campus organizations. |

Construction of DeVries Hall,
a new, three-story life science education building on the campus
of Calvin College, off the East Beltline. The building includes
laboratories for various fields
of
study,
classrooms,
a student
lounge and multiple study areas. |

Construction of a new 36,000 square foot art complex. The building consists of administrative offices, students studio rooms, two computer labs, various art medium workshop areas and a break area. |
