Working with Calvin
College's Architect, Wolverine CM provided design
and construction services for the 5,270 square foot
educational interpretive center. This project is
an environmentally-friendly building that encompasses
multiple sustainable techniques, produces more than
60% of its own operating power and achieved a Gold
LEED rating from the U.S. Green Building Council. |

for a 5,440 square foot medical office building supporting
outpatient surgery, laboratory and specialized solutions.
The facility included a waiting/reception area, nurses'
station, patient and exam rooms, and additional suport

of a two-story office building for Robert Grooters
Development Co. Each floor consists of 11,700 square
feet. The building's unique design includes stacked
stone veneer, heavy timber construction and rough
sawn cedar. |

15,000 square foot functional, yet modern office
building with individual offices, a conference room,
meeting rooms, and employees' lounge. It was constructed
of conventional steel using a Design/Build approach. |

Graydon's Crossing,
formerly the Scoreboard Saloon, was completely renovated
in just under two months using a Design/Build method.
The bar area on the first floor was updated and remodeled,
while abandoned living space on the second floor
was transformed to include restaurant-style seating
and an outdoor deck. |

This is the fourth
building constructed in the Century Center development
near Rivertown Crossings Mall. This particular building,
completed using a Design/Build approach, is a 14,000
square foot strip mall constructed of conventional
steel with a masonry exterior and multiple leasable
areas. |
| Georgetown Bible Church- $1.3 M |

Design/Build
construction of a 2-story addition with 12,000 square
feet on the main level and 9,300 square feet of unfinished
space on the upper level for future expansion. The
project included administrative offices and religious
education facilities.It was constructed using a combination
of pre-engineered and conventional steel. |

A 17,000 square foot,
multi-purpose addition was prominantly built in the
front of the existing church building using a Design/Build
approach. Constructed of pre-engineered steel, the
addition provided a gymnasium and multi-purpose space
as well as classrooms, a youth center, and nursery. |
| John Ball Zoo - Primate Exhibit - $3.8 M |

Design/Build approach
to the exhibit constructed on a small site with extreme
elevations. The project includes a natural appearing
outdoor containment area with water features, a heated
sand pit, rocks and mud banks. For the winter months,
there is a multi-level day room area. This project
was awarded a 2003 ABC Award of Excellence. |
