Construction of a
new, 50,000 square foot 2 story LEED certified office building.
The first floor contains the reception area, entryway, offices,
and a 4,000 square foot café, while office space will encompass
the majority of the second floor. An additional 8,000 square foot
walk-out basement will house a fitness area with locker rooms,
training room, IT room, mechanical room, and storage space.
- G.B. Russo & Son - Grand Rapids, MI
Construction of an 8,000 square foot addition to
the existing 10,000 square foot specialty grocery
store. The conventional steel addition and remodel
includes the renovation of the entire existing
facility featuring significant exterior upgrades
to the façade, parking lot, and landscape.
- Celadon Medical Office- Grand
Rapids, MI
Constuction of a 10,000 square foot two-story
conventional steel office building. The
design/build medical office blends the architecture
of modern and traditional features to create
a timeless
facility.
The building
envelope uses many natural materials; a mixture of applied stone veneer, wood
beams, standing seam roof and other period finishes.

WCM was selected,
in a joint venture with MFSS Contracting, Inc., for the construction
of a new four-story medical facility providing critical and acute
care of patients with neuroscience related diseases.

The second phase
of housing, similar to Phase one with six, 2-story buildings, each
with 20 units that range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Each unit also has
a private entrance, laundry, and a patio or deck.
- Loose Leaf Lofts- Grand
Rapids,
MI
A design/build project to convert the current three-story 18,000 square foot industrial warehouse into a mixed-use building. Two adjacent lots will also be used for the project. One lot will be used to add a four-story 15,000 square foot addition to the warehouse and the other a nine-space surface parking lot. The final project will feature 33 market-rate apartments of various size and retail leasing space.
- Stadium District- Lansing, MI
Construction of a
four-story mixed retail and residential development. Over 50 units
will be available in a wide variety of square footage, design,
and layout. The 385 foot-long and 100,000 square-foot development
will be located on the 500 block of Michigan Avenue in downtown
Lansing.
