Wolverine Building Inc.

  • Campbell Insurance - Bryron Center, MI
    Construction of a new, 50,000 square foot 2 story LEED certified office building. The first floor contains the reception area, entryway, offices, and a 4,000 square foot café, while office space will encompass the majority of the second floor. An additional 8,000 square foot walk-out basement will house a fitness area with locker rooms, training room, IT room, mechanical room, and storage space.
  • Crippen GMC- Lansing, MI
    Renovation and up-date to the Crippen auto dealership. The Design/Build project includes a 5,000 square foot show room addition for the new Mazda and Volvo models, as well as the renovation to the GMC, Pontiac, Buick show room. The service area, bay area, and waiting room will also recieve renovations and remodeling.
  • Foot & Ankle- Walker, MI
    The new Foot & Ankle Specialists of West Michigan 9th will be located on the corner of Leonard and Wilson. Wolverine breaks ground on a new two-story medical office. The new building will have many modern aspects designed by Wolverine’s in-house architects. The Design/Build project will be over 11,700 square feet total and will include a 6,790 square foot basement. Foot & Ankle Specialists will occupy the 2nd floor, while two tenant lease spaces will be available on the first floor.

  • Spectrum Health Blodgett Campus (Misc.) - Grand Rapids, MI
  • Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus - Grand Rapids, MI
  • Helen DeVos Children's Hospital - Grand Rapids, MI
    Wolverine CM is currently providing pre-construction services for the upcoming construction of a new, state-of-the-art children's hospital.
  • River House Condominiums - Grand Rapids, MI
    Construction of a new, 32-floor condominium building with some commercial space on the lower levels.
  • Saint Mary's Hauenstein Neurosciences Center - Grand Rapids, MI
    WCM was selected, in a joint venture with MFSS Contracting, Inc., for the construction of a new four-story medical facility providing critical and acute care of patients with neuroscience related diseases.

Fryling Construction Company

  • Bear Creek Meadows Phase II - Petoskey, MI
    The second phase of housing, similar to Phase one with six, 2-story buildings, each with 20 units that range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Each unit also has a private entrance, laundry, and a patio or deck.
  • Abbot Manor- East Lansing, MI
    Formally Woodside Manor, a mixed office and apartment building, will now solely be an apartment complex called Abbott Manor for its location on 910 Abbott Road. Fryling will be renovating the first floor of the building from office space into four new apartments. The current apartments occupying the second and third floor will forgo upgrades to the corridors and stairwells, and the exterior of building will be renovated to a more inviting appearance.
  • Albert Place Condominiums - East Lansing, MI
    Albert Place Condominiums will be a five-story mix with condos and parking. The first two floors will house a 122 space parking ramp with three floors of condos on top. There will be a total of 36 condo units available, ranging from one-bedroom or two-bedroom to two-bedroom with a den. Each condo unit will include two parking spaces within the parking ramp. There will also be a green roof over the parking ramp, which will create a beautiful and environmentally friendly project.
