Municipal Projects

Spring Lake Village Hall and Police Department - $1.9 M
A complete interior renovation of this historic building constructed in the late 1930's. The project included the demolition and reconstruction of nearly 12,000 square feet, including a new floor plan, ADA requirements, technology upgrades and updating of the mechanical and electrical systems.
Crockery Township Fire Station- $470,000
Pre-engineered construction of a new fire station building using a Design/Build approach. The project consisted of 3,200 square feet of office and administrative space, a 4,500 square foot truck bay area and a 720 square foot mezzanine. It was also designed to be expandable at both ends.
Port Sheldon Township Hall - $291,000
Remodeling of an existing government facility consisting of 5,400 square feet.

Community Projects

Southeast YMCA Teen Center - $620,000
Construction of an 8,400 square foot building. The main floor includes a recreation area, all purpose area, snack bar, computer center and office space; and a partial second floor has an Aerobics area and meeting space. The building also included several skylights and an elevator.
Camp Manitou-Lin - $2.4 M
Construction of a 12,000 square foot, log exterior lodge with a dining area, kitchen, basketball area, indoor ropes course, and meeting rooms.
Camp Geneva - $2.8 M
Construction of 16 Cabins and separate dining facilities. Also constructed a lake with an island for the camp's recreational use.

Libraries

Timothy C. Hauenstein Reynolds Township Library - $1.1 M
Construction of a new 9,500 square foot public library with a masonry exterior and metal framing. The new facility replaces their old, 1800 square foot library and allows the area to expand their services with a larger children’s section, two adult areas, a young adult section, periodicals, and a meeting room for community use. The structure also includes a 1,220 square foot mezzanine.
Spring Lake District Library - $6.0 M
Construction of a new 34,000 square foot public library, seven times the size of the previous library. It has a glass and masonry exterior with a sophisticated snow melt system leading up to the entrance as well as the book drop areas. The interior space included children’s and adult book areas, a children’s program room, conference room, local history room, training room, a double-sided fireplace with reading area and a meeting room for use by the local community.
Fennville District Library - $170,000
Remodeling of an existing public library building with more than 7,000 square feet. The project was completed using a Design/Build approach.
