Office Buildings

M V P Medical Office Building - $2.5 M
Construction of a new, two-story medical office building on the site of the MVP Sportsplex. The owners of the building have envisioned this building to house services of wellness and prevention that promote a healthy lifestyle of sports and fitness.
Peregrine Pointe - $1.5 M
Design/Build construction of a two-story office building for Robert Grooters Development Co. Each floor consists of 11,700 square feet. The building's unique design includes stacked stone veneer, heavy timber construction and rough sawn cedar.
Foremost Insurance - $10.8 M
Design and construction of a new, three-story office building consisting of a total of 90,000 square feet.
Lighthouse Insurance Group- $1.4 M
Construction of a 15,000 square foot functional, yet modern office building with individual offices, a conference room, meeting rooms, and employees' lounge. It was constructed of conventional steel using a Design/Build approach.
State Farm Insurance - $3.12 M
Extensive landscaping and construction of a 32,000 square foot, 2-story office building with a special grid floor to allow for computer and telecommunication cabling to be run and remain easily accessible. The entire project was completed in only 8 months.
Hathaway Professional Center – $1.2 M
Construction of a 22,500 square foot building shell for the purpose of medical offices. The building includes a common core area with restrooms and an elevator. The first suite finish was completed for West Michigan Cardiology.
50 Monroe - $14.0 M
The original renovation consisted of transforming three early 1900's masonry buildings into a single, 185,000 square foot Class A office building. Since its transformation, we have completed multiple projects, including suite remodels for Huntington Bank, Beene Garter, and Beta Design Group as well as construction of a T.G.I.Friday's.

Suite Build-Outs and Remodels

Zoup Fresh Soup Company
Suite build-out and interior construction for a new 2,400 square feet restaurant within Cascade Retail Strip Mall. Franchise features a variety of the best-tasting soups ever made.
Brennan Dental Group - $277,000
Suite build-out and interior construction for a 4,175 square foot medical office. The dental office was recently awarded the Dental Office of the Year award by Matsco Companies.
Vein Solutions, a division of Michigan Medical, P.C.- $350,000
Vein Solutions specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of blood vessel disease and injury. Their suite consists of more than 3,500 square feet including a waiting area, ultra sound room, two procedure rooms, five patient exam rooms, office space and other support areas.
New York Life Insurance - $285,650
Demolition of an existing restaurant to transform the space into the local headquarters for New York Life. The build-out consisted of 8,100 square feet and featured private executive offices, agent training facilities, and conference space.
Signature Associates– $0.3 M
A 5,200 square foot office build-out that includes a reception area, conference room, six individual offices and a custom built office. High end finishes were used throughout the office with a radial glass wall featured in the conference room.
Title First Agency - $180,000
Remodeling of a 2,200 square foot suite for Title First Agency in East Lansing, within an existing building owned by Strathmore Development. The project was completed using a Design/Build approach.

Bank/Financial Facilities

Fifth Third Bank (54th and Division) - $620,000
Construction of a new 5,000 square foot branch bank near the corner of 54th and Division. The entire site was demolished prior to the start of construction.
Fifth Third Bank (Rogers Plaza) - $702,500
Construction of a new 5,500 square foot bank facility with a 5-lane drive-thru. The project included all site work; landscaping and irrigation.
Byron Center State Bank
100,000 square feet of finished office space with a diesel powered generator back-up system and a raised computer room floor system. The office space included 70,000 square feet of open space and 30,000 square feet of enclosed office space.
Citizens Bank– $0.25 M
A 2,000 square foot build-out of a new branch bank within an existing building. The project was completed using a design-build approach.
Huntington Bank – 50 Monroe - $2.4 M
Rehabilitation of 23,500 square feet of existing office space into new offices for Huntington Bank. This project was part of a larger renovation of the building located at 50 Monroe in downtown Grand Rapids.
Standard Federal Bank Corporate Offices – $2.4 M
Demolition and rebuilding of the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of the historic Trust Building in downtown Grand Rapids to serve as the bank's corporate offices. All three floors were completely rebuilt including new floors, new electrical and mechanical systems and new interior finishes.
