Wolverine North America is pleased to announce the completion of the 56,000 square foot state-of-the-art surgical center in Burnsville, Minnesota.
The two-story cutting edge medical building was constructed of glass and tilt-up concrete featuring a variety of spaces from exam and treatment rooms, to state of the art sterile operation rooms, post-op, MRI facilities, and high tech administrative support space. The second level also includes an exercise gym, x-ray rooms, cast rooms, doctors’ offices, and additional exam rooms.
According to Kurt Parks, president of Wolverine North America, “it was a great test of our skill set to provide such an exciting project out of our home state and still see it come in on time and under budget”
“Working with Wolverine North America was an experience that we would definitely repeat again if we were ever to be involved in another construction project. We have been fortunate to have them providing direction and meticulous supervision of our project. Wolverine North America has accommodated the many requests by the owners and the demands made on their time with the utmost professionalism,” said owners Susan Hadley, MPH and Richard Hadley, MD.
