Wolverine Construction Management is pleased to report River House Condominiums, developed by Robert Grooters Development Co., has surpassed the halfway mark.
The River House tower, set to be the tallest
building in downtown Grand Rapids, has just surpassed
the halfway marker. The 16 story structure now stands
260 feet high en route to its final height of 406 feet.
The River House project is being constructed at an amazing
rate; work is on a fast paced 12 hour schedule - pouring
one floor a week. The 24th floor is set to be poured
in January, putting the tower over halfway. As the floors
are being constructed you can expect to see the exterior
glass envelope start to hit stride.
January’s work load includes interior finishes, plus the final piece of the crane tower will be jumped for a total height of 468 feet.
According to Project Manager, Matt Larsen, “We
have spent a great deal of time detailing and planning
the orchestra of activity
you
see on the
site. It’s exciting to see it all coming together.” PROJECT TEAM:
