Historic Renovation
Wolverine Building Group has extensive historic renovation experience.
Whether it be a large development or a single building, occupied or neglected,
Wolverine has unsurpassed expertise in rehabilitating historic structures as well as
preserving out of date developments.
We fully understand the Secretary of Interior’s Standards
for Rehabilitation, which help determine if a project would qualify for federal tax credits
under the National Historic Preservation Fund. In complying with these standards, Wolverine strives to
retain any materials, features or finishes that define a building’s historic character or that of the
district in which it is located.
