Fryling Construction,
along with Strathmore Development, are currently
constructing what now is Phase 4 of Bear Creek Meadows, a
mixed-use development project located on Anderson Road in Bear
Creek Township, just south of Petoskey, MI.
Bear Creek Retail Phase 4 will consist of a 70,000
square foot metal-frame, mixed membrane and wood truss roof with
brick and block exterior. The retail building
will accommodate 8 tenants, with space ranging from 20,000 to 2,000 square
feet.
Phase 1, an apartment complex, is now completed and
Phases 2, and 3 are currently in progress with tenant build-outs
underway.
Current
tenants include
Maurice’s,
Alltel, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Bear Creek Retail is set to complete
this Spring of 2008.
