As a proud MSHDA specialist,
Fryling Construction completed the MSHDA development,
Hawk’s Ridge Apartments in Bath Township.
Excel Properties, returning to Fryling
for the ninth time, is the developer for the new 12.3
acre community that includes 13 apartment
buildings and a Clubhouse. Fryling constructed 8 units
within each building, and an additional two-story senior
living facility. Designed by Economides Architects,
the residential neighborhood will fit comfortably in
the
quaint township of Bath.
