The Stadium District is the new addition on Michigan Avenue that will surely grab your attention. The 385 foot-long and 100,000 square-foot development has our State’s capitol in view and Oldsmobile Park directly across the street. Fryling Construction and developer, Gillespie Group are proud to announce the completion of the multi-use building that will welcome more to fun downtown living.

Stadium District is a four-story retail and residential development. The design/build steel building will attract persons of all ages and income levels with the mix of office, retail, condos, and apartments. Over 50 units will be available in a wide variety of square footage, design, and layout. Tenants are currently moving in.

The retail section on the first floor will be welcoming a new Fifth Third Branch, BriarWood Realty, and Great Lakes Chocolate & Coffee Co. to downtown Lansing. There are still four open spaces for potential restaurants, retail shops, or offices. The Lansing Chamber of Commerce shares the second floor with apartment units. There are a total of 30 apartment units available on the second and third floors, while the fourth floor will house 20 condominium units.
