Wolverine Building Group completed a historic rehabilitation project of the long-standing vacant building, 101 South Division located in the Historic Heartside Business District of downtown Grand Rapids. MI.
Originally built as a hotel to accommodate
the busy traffic on Division in the late 1870s, the three/four-story
building was transformed into a mixed-use residential
and commercial building. Included are 25 loft-style apartments
on the upper levels and 6,000 square feet of commercial
retail/office space available on the ground level. The
building accommodates below grade parking, available
thought he building’s open courtyard at the center of the building. 101 South Division Lofts is seeking LEED Gold certification.
