River House MeasurementsWe believe that a collaborative team approach and continuous open communication are vital to the success of any project.

As a member of the project team, our involvement in the project would begin as soon as selection of the Construction Manager is made. Our initial goal would be to establish a master schedule of design and construction tasks with deadline completion dates to deliver the project within the desired timeframe. While working to develop the schedule, We will also establish a preliminary cost estimate for the project based on the preliminary design.

During the design phase, our primary role will be to provide detailed cost estimates of the project and make estimate adjustments as design changes are made or considered. Cost saving techniques explored will be value engineering and the use of gifts-in-kind if applicable. By participating in value engineering during the design phase we will offer ideas and pursue cost saving alternates discovered for the project. We will also take responsibility to monitor the project schedule and work on bid package development to ensure a timely start date.

The processes we use are in place to ensure a successful project with the best value to the client.
